Our principal business is to generate net interest income by investing in subordinate mortgage-backed securities collateralized by pools of prime single-family mortgage loans, and purchasing prime single-family mortgage loans for investment, securitization and resale.

We avoid investments in sub-prime mortgages or securities collateralized with sub-prime mortgages.
